Once your item has been dispatched you will receive an automated email stating your item is in transit, this email will contain your tracking number. Such alerts may end up in your junk mail folder so please check this.
International Shipping
Reign Cartel currently delivers to the following Countries: New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, China & HK.
Delivery is made via DHL to the destination country.
Rates- Please note all postage costs are displayed in Australian Dollars. New Zealand- flat rate of $30 AUD, the United States and Canada- flat rate of $40 AUD, the United Kingdom- flat rate of $45 AUD, China & Hong Kong- flat rate of $35 AUD.
Delivery Time- DHL delivers to all main metro areas (of chosen country) within 3 business days for New Zealand and within 4 business days for International Orders . Reign Cartel and DHL are not responsible if the destination country does not process your shipment quickly upon arrival. Please use your tracking number to track your shipment and to contact your local customs authority within your country to make payment of any duties and/or taxes owing.
Once your parcel arrives at its destination country, that country is responsible for your parcel and its delivery. Reign Cartel cannot be held responsible nor liable for any delay or non-delivery on behalf of the destination country’s postal service due to theft, negligence or weather conditions.
Please note if your item is UNCLAIMED it will be returned to Reign Cartel and you will receive a credit note.

Please note that the Christmas, New Year, and Easter periods as well as all other public holidays may cause delays in deliveries. Please check your local delivery schedule for these time periods. Unfortunately, these delays are out of Reign Cartels control.
Please note your purchase may not be delivered within the given time period due to reasons beyond Reign Cartel and Australia Post's control. Reasons such as- weather conditions, strikes, pandemics, natural disasters, system failures etc

Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible if you enter an incorrect address at check out. If you notice you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at info@reigncartel.com. If we have not yet sent your item, we can amend the address however if your item has already been processed we are not responsible for any form of delay in delivery or if the item does not arrive due to an incorrect address. Please contact Australia Post for further assistance.
